Letitia began her yoga journey in 2009 as a student, finding immense positivity in the practice. She loved how yoga nurtured her mind, body, and spirit, inspiring her to share this ancient practice with others. In 2020, amidst the pandemic, Letitia embarked on her 200-hour teacher training at Invoke Yoga and Pilates Studio in Indianapolis. Yoga has profoundly transformed and elevated her personal and professional life.

Committed to continuous learning, Letitia has completed another 200 hours in Original Hot Yoga and earned certifications in Core Mat Pilates and Inferno Hot Pilates/HIIT. As a perpetual student of life, she regularly attends workshops and trainings to deepen her knowledge and experience.

Versatile in her teaching style, Letitia's classes range from high-energy to tranquil, motivating students to challenge their limits while offering grace and emphasizing breath connection. She strives to inspire and support her students on and off the mat.

Introducing Nasya, a compassionate and dedicated 200hr Certified Yoga Instructor. While working towards 300hr Yoga Teacher Certification she brings her specialized teaching in the transformative practices of Power Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. Nasya's mission is to guide her students towards inner peace, self-discovery, and self-healing through mindful breathwork, deliberate movement, and a focus on alignment. At the core of her teaching philosophy is a deep-seated commitment to fostering introspective awareness, guiding each individual to explore their inner landscape with gentleness and curiosity. Nasya creates a nurturing space where students can develop a profound connection between their bodies and minds cultivating overall wellness.

Serena is a Reiki I & II certified practitioner, herbal and essential oil advocate, crystal enthusiast, and custom tie-dye queen. She trained at Joy Potential in Bloomington, IN, with Christine Eartheart and aims to complete Reiki III & Master classes soon. In her sessions, she incorporates crystals and oils to create a powerful energy cleansing experience.

Serena has provided oracle and tarot readings at events like Riot Fest VIP in Chicago and the Indianapolis Zoo’s adult Halloween event. She also hosts magickal tea parties featuring group reiki, crafts, and delicious teas and treats.

Rahel aka Rye is a holistic health mentor. A former dancer and performer her journey with yoga began in 2017, in an attempt to save her connection with movement and her body. Due to her own holistic health journey to heal her womb space she developed a passion for helping others learn to heal themselves as well as advocate for those who need it.

Her teaching journey began with dance fitness in 2018 and in 2021 she became certified in 200HR RTT Yoga. Following prenatal yoga, children’s yoga, and a doula certification 2022. In 2023 she became a certified stretch release therapist and specializes in recovery wellness and injury prevention. Her passion lies in community and inspiring health by “using movement as medicine”. Her purpose is to help others feel better in their bodies and increase quality of life using tools earth has provided.

​Kandiz's began practicing hot yoga in 2022 as holistic way to manage mental health.  In 2023 she received her 200 hr certification. Kandiz is also a certified as yoga life coach, prenatal, and trauma, depression, and anxiety.  She started DreamYogi Llc. In the fall of 2023 as a continued effort to support others through the ebbs & flows of life. As she continues her practice of various styles of yoga, Kandiz authentically guides each of her classes though intuitive movement and meditation.

Brittney is an LCSW with 6 years of experience and also serves as an Elemental Rhythm Breathwork facilitator. Her association with plant medicine has deeply influenced and altered her approach to connecting and relating to others. Her soul's calling is to assist others in breaking free from fears and limiting beliefs that hinder fulfillment and authenticity, guiding them towards peace and liberation through surrendering to the unknown. Brittney is an untethered soul and enjoys traveling, being immersed in nature, and listening to live music.

Amy Hirt, an esteemed yoga instructor with E-RYT 500 and YACEP certifications, has dedicated her life to yoga practice and teaching. She offers various classes, including all levels of yoga and Aerial Yoga, in Indianapolis and the North Chicago suburbs. Amy facilitates 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings and specialized Aerial Yoga Teacher Trainings, shaping future instructors with her unique insights.

Certified in Y12SR (Yoga of 12-Step Recovery), Amy uses yoga as a tool for healing and recovery. She has studied with renowned teachers like Gary Kraftsow and Nikki Myers, profoundly influencing her practice and instruction. Additionally, Amy is a skilled mental health therapist, working towards her Yoga Therapy Certification to blend her clinical and yoga skills.

Her philosophy centers on yoga as a holistic path to health, wellness, and healing. Through her compassionate approach, Amy fosters a supportive community, empowering students to explore their potential and find balance.

As a mother, certified yoga teacher, prenatal yoga teacher, nonprofit founder, and cosmetologist, I found my anchor in yoga after losing my brother in 2013. Through God, yoga, breath-work, and meditation, I’ve battled anxiety and depression. My mission is to inspire authenticity everywhere.

I specialize in Vinyasa, Prenatal, and Restorative yoga, with a passion for guiding women to embrace their bodies through movement and nurture their minds with breath work and meditation. As a Ayurvedic postpartum companion I aid moms in achieving ultimate healing after childbirth, especially moms who have loss or had a c section.  I’m also a Licensed Massage therapist focusing on womb & sacral chakra massages, energy release massages & perinatal massages. I’m currently in college to become a perinatal psychologist & eventually perinatal psychiatrist so I provide perinatal mood disorder evaluations as well. I also provide end of life support for those in hospice conditions. Also for the community, I support during birth & I create postpartum healing products as well as provide custom orders.
