Dream Yoga Two Part Series with Brontë

Surrender to deep rest and the inter-dimensional world inside of you. This two-part series is intended to gently open the feminine third eye-based in the sacral womb-space, before opening the masculine third eye in the pineal gland. Each class will drop into a dreamy yin yoga sequence, restorative breath, followed by a channeled visualization to connect to the inner workings of the sacral/third eye connection. Healing the connection between the womb of the sacral and wisdom of the third eye opens us to deeper creativity, intimacy, true desire, inner wisdom, and visions for higher timelines. Reiki and healing energy will be collectively infused into the space to be received. An herbal dream tea will be offered. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
