Richard  has a customary, holistic approach with his clients. He works with each individual using a combination of sports massage, deep tissue and Lomi Lomi to achieve the best  path to healing for the client.  He has worked with a varied range of humans since 2005 and welcomes all.

Rebecca’s approach to massage is highly informed by research on PTSD, polyvagal theory, and the stress-disease connection which all emphasize the importance of relaxation for the health of the entire body. By listening closely to how you are feeling and paying attention to your body’s response to touch, Rebecca provides a service that’ll lull you to sleep while working out knots and tension. Additionally, she loves to incorporate aromatherapy, warm bamboo, cupping therapy, and gentle stretches to help you strengthen your mind-body connection.

She has been a Usui Reiki Master since 2009.
Having worked in the corporate world for decades, she understands that the challenges of work/life balance and how incorporating holistic tools can improve each day.
Her gentle and rejuvenating Reiki techniques assists in both the emotional and physical healing of the body.
She incorporates a variety of crystals to enhance the service and restore the chakras.
